Nestled in a clearing beside an ancient woodland, our modern take on a traditional bothy offers a luxury bothy experience in Scotland, set around 200m from the Treehouses on our private estate bordering Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. There is so much that guests can do both on site, like stargazing and birdwatching, but also many activities that can be undertaken at the nearby National Park, like hiking, kayaking and wild swimming.

Unlike the traditional Scottish bothies, which were built as simple shelters, the old estate Keeper's Bothy may be rustic and modest on the outside, but don't let that fool you: it redefines the idea with off-grid comfort and modern amenities. Whether you're looking for a romantic or restorative escape into nature, you won't be disappointed. Inside, you will find all the luxuries and amenities you would hope for on a special getaway, combining rugged landscapes with high-end comforts and design to create private accommodation with carefully maintained facilities. The Bothy is the ideal set-up for a family, but it also suits couples looking to relax into slow living and a more restorative break close to nature, away from modern life. The beds were made on site from an old sycamore tree that blew down in a recent storm, bringing a lovely sense of wood and character to the space. There is a comfortable and cosy open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and microwave and a living room with a log-burning stove and sofa bed, creating a practical living space for everyday life. For those of you who can't bear to miss an important football match or your favourite series, there is a wifi enabled TV too. Outside, there is a covered deck area with a firepit, a Weber BBQ, and, of course, an outside bath by the door!
